How is the price calculated?
Pricing depends on the size, material used and the complexity of the project. Starting price is usually RM120, Price defers for bulk orders
What are the material used to create the wood sign?
Each design is carefully crafted using a tailored mix of laminated MDF, solid pine wood, rubberwood, vinyl, acrylic, metal, and other materials—chosen to best bring your wood sign to life.
When will I get my order?
Each Family Name Art frame takes around 10–15 working days to complete upon payment. Need it sooner? — just message us to arrange it (extra charges apply).
Where are your products manufactured and what is the shipping cost?
All our frames are handmade locally in Malaysia 🇲🇾 by our Makers Maker Studio team. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer self-pickup or delivery via courier within Malaysia
Can you add light or glass on the frame?
No — we currently don’t include lights or glass for safety and durability reasons. Our frames are designed to have a clean matte finish that looks great in any setting.
